When Will Your Subscription Start?
We will process your subscription upon approval and schedule mailing of the next issue via USPS Media Rate. For the newspaper this means your first issue should be mailed within two weeks. The magazine is published every second month so you can expect your first issue to be mailed on the next cycle.
Refunds and Cancellations: If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly refund your total payment within 30 days of the first mailing of your subscription. After that, refunds will be prorated for the unused portion of your subscription.
Privacy Statement: We respect your privacy and ensure we will never give out our subscriber list or any personal information to any person or company. Our secure on-line shopping cart system is state-of-the-art and can be used with confidence.
Change of Address: Please call us to update any information regarding your subscription. 207-695-3077
Renewals: Renewals are NOT automatically charged. You must re-subscribe before your subscription expires to maintain uninterrupted delivery. Just check your mailing label for the expiration date.
